Pisogame Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Pisogame. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Platform. By registering an account or accessing any service on the official Pisogame website (the “Platform”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Pisogame is operated by Heilan International Corporation, an entity operating under the applicable regulatory framework and oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Heilan International Corporation (“Pisogame”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and any individual who accesses or uses the Platform (“Player”, “you”, or “your”).

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game, promotion, or service offered on the Platform, the Player confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms must be read together with the following policies, which form an integral part of the agreement between the Player and Pisogame:

  • Responsible Gaming Policy
  • Promotional Terms (where applicable)

If there is any conflict between these Terms and specific promotional terms, the promotional terms applicable to that offer shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the Pisogame Platform, the Player must satisfy all of the following conditions:

  • Be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform.
  • Not be subject to any self-exclusion, regulatory restriction, or PAGCOR exclusion order.
  • Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Heilan International Corporation or any affiliated company.
  • Not already hold another active Pisogame account.

Only one account is permitted per individual. Pisogame may also restrict or investigate multiple accounts associated with the same person, household, device, payment method, or network environment where abuse, fraud, or circumvention of platform rules is suspected.

Pisogame reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements may be suspended or terminated, and balances may be subject to compliance review.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To register an account on the Platform, a Player must provide a valid Philippine mobile number. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to verify the number and activate the account.

Players must ensure that all information submitted during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

Pisogame reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, including before the first withdrawal or during account review procedures.

Verification may require the submission of documents such as:

  • Government-issued photo identification
  • Proof of residential address
  • Verification of the payment method used

Pisogame may also request additional documentation when required for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, or anti-money laundering procedures.

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, passwords, and verification codes. Any activity conducted through a Player’s account using valid credentials will be considered authorized.

If unauthorized access is suspected, the Player must immediately contact Pisogame’s support team via official customer support channels.

Pisogame shall not be liable for losses arising from failure to secure account credentials to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Deposits

Pisogame accepts deposits through supported payment methods, including:

  • Bank Transfer

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction and may change periodically.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player’s own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Pisogame reserves the right to reject, reverse, or investigate any transaction suspected to involve third-party payments, fraud, or unauthorized financial activity.

Pisogame shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers, banking networks, or technical interruptions beyond its control.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be processed through the following supported methods:

  • GCash
  • Maya
  • UnionBank
  • Bank Transfer

All withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on verification requirements, payment provider processing times, and system availability. Bank transfers may require 1–3 banking days after approval.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and regulatory compliance checks.

Withdrawals will only be released to payment accounts registered in the Player’s own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Players must also meet all applicable conditions before withdrawals are approved, including:

  • Completion of KYC verification
  • Fulfillment of wagering requirements for any active bonus
  • Compliance with anti-money laundering procedures

Pisogame reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals pending security checks, fraud review, or anti-money laundering investigation.

Games on the Platform are provided by licensed third-party developers, including JILI, PG Soft, KA Gaming, and FaChai.

Game outcomes are determined in accordance with the systems and certified game logic of the relevant provider. Where applicable, games operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness.

Players must engage in games in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Use of bots, automated software, or scripts
  • Exploitation of software bugs or technical errors
  • Collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes
  • Unauthorized manipulation of game mechanics

Pisogame reserves the right to void bets, game rounds, or winnings where technical errors, system malfunctions, or fair play violations are identified.

In the event of a dispute relating to game results, the server records of the relevant game provider shall serve as the authoritative record.

8. Responsible Gaming

Pisogame promotes responsible gaming and encourages Players to gamble only for entertainment purposes and within their financial means.

Players may request responsible gaming measures such as:

Self-exclusion requests will be implemented within a reasonable timeframe and will restrict access to the Platform for the duration requested.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to create a new account to bypass restrictions.

Pisogame reserves the right to limit or suspend accounts where indicators of problematic gambling behavior are identified.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

  • Multi-accounting or identity misuse
  • Failure to complete required verification procedures
  • Providing false information during registration

Balances derived from prohibited activity may be withheld or forfeited where permitted by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including the Pisogame name, logo, software, graphics, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Heilan International Corporation or its licensors.

Players are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to access the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, scraping, or commercial use of Platform content is prohibited.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Pisogame processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection laws and regulatory requirements.

Pisogame will review disputes in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe, taking into account verification requirements and third-party provider responses.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the Player may escalate the matter through the appropriate PAGCOR regulatory channels.

Game provider server logs shall be treated as the authoritative record for disputes relating to game outcomes.

14. Anti-Money Laundering

Pisogame complies with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and relevant PAGCOR guidelines.

The Platform monitors transactions and may report suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities without prior notice.

Players must not use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.

Accounts suspected of involvement in financial crime may be frozen pending investigation.

15. Changes to Terms

Pisogame may amend these Terms from time to time.

Material updates will be communicated through notices on the Platform or via registered contact information.

Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
